Pengaruh Penggunaan QRIS Sebagai Alat Pembayaran Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah

Payment methods usage has advanced significantly. In an effort to limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus, which may attach to paper money as a method of payment, this research incorporates the use of digital payment instruments that aid and speed up the payment process as well as help eliminate physical contact. The Indonesian Quick Responsse Code Standard (QRIS), also known as the national QR code standard in Indonesia, was introduced by Bank Indonesia as a QR code payment method. Making payments to different merchants like LinkAja, Gopay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and others is made much easier by using a single E-Wallet. This payment method may be used and integrated with software that makes use of the QRIS Interactive Open API Platform and is practical, efficient, and available in both physical and digital form. This study, which evaluates the impact of adopting QRIS as a form of payment on customer satisfaction, was carried out quantitatively by distributing questionnaires. The results of the study demonstrate that service quality has a favorable and substantial influence.
