Penerapan Strategi Pemasaran dalam Pengembangan Usaha Banua Jersey

Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and spirit will never be satisfied with what has been achieved but will continuously seek opportunities to enhance their business and life. This research focuses on analyzing marketing strategies in the convection sector, specifically in the jersey clothing industry in Palu City. The method employed is the SWOT analysis, considering both internal and external factors of the company. The research results identify an aggressive strategy as the most suitable approach. This strategy enables the company to optimize its internal strengths and leverage external opportunities for greater success. In the aggressive strategy quadrant, the company possesses significant opportunities and strengths. For instance, Banua Jersey consistently directs its efforts towards effective promotion to maintain competitiveness in a competitive market. Furthermore, product innovation plays a pivotal role in the company's strategy, aiming to meet the ever-changing demands of consumers. By adopting an aggressive strategy, the company can continue to grow and achieve greater success in the jersey clothing convection sector in Palu. This strategy provides a solid foundation for the company to compete effectively and sustain growth in a dynamic business environment.
