Abstract

Food has become an integral part of human life. The development of various types of food has developed along with technological developments that also help businesses engaged in each field, including UMKM selling Bakso. These UMKM in Indonesia are also believed to be able to make a very large contribution to the economy in Indonesia. These UMKM in Indonesia are also believed to be able to make a very large contribution to the economy in Indonesia. therefore, these meatball selling UMKMmust keep up with the times in Indonesia so that the business that is being carried out develops well. The education that will be provided is in the form of how to streamline the production of the meatballs offered and also how to promote products through the Facebook platform and also whatsaap so that meatball sellers can increase profits. This activity provides benefits for UMKM, namely increasing the awareness of business actors to utilize social media as a promotional medium. And also able to increase product sales by attracting more buyers.The development of various types of food has evolved in parallel with technological advancements, which have also aided businesses across all sectors, including UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) selling meatball (bakso). These UMKM are believed to contribute significantly to the economy of Indonesia. UMKM meatball sellers need to keep up with the times in Indonesia to ensure their businesses thrive. In line with this, the education provided will focus on optimizing the production efficiency of the meatballs they offer, as well as promotional strategies through platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp to increase profits. Through this initiative, it is hoped that UMKM entrepreneurs will understand the importance of utilizing social media as an effective promotional tool. Additionally, it is also expected that they will be able to boost product sales by attracting more customers through appropriate marketing strategies. Therefore, this education not only provides direct benefits in terms of production efficiency and profit enhancement but also more broadly aims to increase awareness and skills among entrepreneurs in leveraging technology and social media for business development.
