Abstract

This service investigates the obstacles faced by UMKM entrepreneurs in Sukarahayu Village Tambelang Bekasi Regency, especially in the culinary sector, especially in the chicken porridge business. Obstacles such as limited capital, competition with base porridge sellers, and lack of knowledge about online marketing are the main focus. To overcome these challenges, training programs on management, finance, marketing and online sales have been launched. It is hoped that this training will help UMKM entrepreneurs improve their managerial skills and implement online marketing strategies through partnerships with e-commerce platforms. The results of the training activities show that UMKM entrepreneurs are very enthusiastic about participating in the program and hope to receive more training in the future. It is hoped that efforts to strengthen online management and marketing will make a positive contribution in increasing the competitiveness and growth of chicken porridge UMKM in Sukarahayu Village Tambelang Bekasi Regency.This service investigates the obstacles faced by UMKM entrepreneurs in Sukarahayu Village Tambelang Bekasi Regency, especially in the culinary sector, especially in the chicken porridge business. From this positive response, it is evident that the entrepreneurs recognize the importance of strengthening management and online marketing skills in developing their businesses. It is hoped that these efforts will significantly contribute to enhancing the competitiveness and growth of UMKM chicken porridge businesses in the Sukarahayu Tambelang Village, Bekasi Regency.
