Penyuluhan Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja dan Seks Pranikah di Kecamatan Tangen Kabupaten Sragen

Abstract

The Indonesian Ministry of Health has introduced the Youth Care Health Services (PKRR) model adopted from WHO since 2003, which is based in Community Health Centers. Community service activities are carried out in Tangen District, Sragen Regency. The targets are 12 teenagers in grades VII, VIII and XI at SMP N 1 Tangen on 15-16 December 2023. The methods used are 1) taking an approach, 2) Observing and collecting data, 3) conducting interviews, 4) Providing education to teenagers about adolescent reproductive health starting from understanding, stages of adolescent development, physical and psychological changes, anatomy of reproductive organs and sex marriage participants starting from the understanding, causes, impacts, and how to prevent it as well as providing leaflets. Results of adolescent knowledge about reproductive health. In the pre-test, the good score was 8%, 42% was sufficient and 50% was poor. Meanwhile, the post-test results obtained a good score of 83%, a fair score of 17%. Results of knowledge about premarital sex.
