Pelatihan Digital Marketing Bagi Pelaku UMKM Kelurahan Banjarsari Kota Surakarta

The process of digitization has become integrated into the daily activities of society and gradually transformed the way interactions occur between consumers and business practitioners, departing from traditional patterns. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors driving economic growth in Indonesia. The enormous economic potential of MSMEs needs to continue to be improved, one of which is by mastering digital marketing skills. Digital marketing is the use of technology to assist marketing activities in order to increase customer knowledge by meeting their needs. This training was carried out by lecturers and academics from the D-IV Digital Business study program at the Akbara Surakarta Polytechnic, with the aim of providing knowledge regarding the basic understanding of digital marketing and its practices. The participants are MSMEs in Banjarsari Village, Surakarta. All participants enthusiastically participated in every training session and practice. Furthermore, the knowledge and skills obtained in this training will be followed up in several digital marketing practices to market the products of the training participants.
