Abstract

UD Samauna Garden makes dry corn its livelihood, where it is a staple livestock food. However, marketing still needs to be improved, so researchers must carry out entrepreneurial activities to develop marketing strategies at UD Samauna Garden. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling. This study uses interviews, observation, and documentation collection techniques. Analysis of the data used in this study using SWOT analysis. The study results show that the marketing development strategy at UD Samauna Garden has been effective because, in its marketing, it has utilized social media, namely WhatsApp and Facebook. Those dry corn products are sold at affordable prices, and the quality of the corn products produced is good.
