Strategi Pengembangan Usaha dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan pada Usaha Ayam Geprek D&A

The increasingly rapid business competition encourages every company to have the right strategy in order to excel in competing with its competitors or at least be able to survive in running its business. This activity aims to find out the business development strategy in increasing the business income of D&A Geprek Chicken. The method used is SWOT analysis to formulate a strategy based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats. The results of this study indicate that there are several problems faced by our business, namely, the lack of promotion that is being carried out, not having a large place to market products, and increasingly fierce competition. From the existing threats, we have to innovate in order to be able to compete in the market and not be inferior to other competitors.
