The development of information technology has changed the scope of marketing and service quality in recent years. Previously traditional and conventional marketing methods have now been integrated into the digital world. Not least for new business actors. This company serves clients in the form of services in social media management ranging from product photos, videos, digital content design, to copywriting and has received many projects from both MSMEs and other large companies. The author carried out an internship at CV. Safari Cipta Ekosistem which is an agency to increase knowledge in the field of creative agencies which is the author's goal after graduation. The author learns to be a content creator with the social media team and content specialists, creative and critical thinking, and production both photography, videography, and editing. During the internship at CV. Safari Cipta Ekosistem, the author experienced many obstacles related to communication between divisions, work deadlines, and repeated revisions. Both internal and external constraints can help writers understand the dynamics that exist in the creative agency industry. The implementation method is carried out through interviews, hands-on practice, and evaluation. The results of this review show that how the results of the marketing process in a digital agency company (1) Successfully implement the strategy that has been carefully initiated; (2) Participate and help in terms of increasing the target market.
