Abstract

Sales evaluation activities at trading agencies or companies that have many products are a very important process to find out the business development of the company. This sales evaluation information system is needed to facilitate store leaders in the sales evaluation process at the store which aims to assist the leadership decision-making process. The method used to determine the store's position is a SWOT analysis by identifying the company's internal and external capabilities. then the tool used to formulate alternative company strategies, namely the SWOT matrix based on the company's position which aims to maximize strengths, reduce weaknesses, ward off threats and exploit opportunities. The result of this study is an evaluation information system regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the RN Store store. The output of this system can be used as data in the decision-making process.
