Abstract

Social media has become a strategic medium for supporting promotional activities, building corporate image, and strengthening communication with customers. Platforms such as Instagram and TikTok offer significant advantages due to their wide reach, speed, and interactive features. PT Ngabar Mandiri Sejahtera, located in Ponorogo Regency, has utilized social media as a promotional tool; however, its management has not yet been optimal due to a lack of structured content planning and account activity. This condition has resulted in low audience engagement and limited effectiveness in delivering information about the company’s products and services. This Community Service Program aims to support the optimization of the company’s social media management through the development of creative, informative, and well-planned content for Instagram and TikTok. The activities were carried out using a participatory approach, including direct observation, content planning, production of visual and video materials, and assistance in managing social media accounts. The results indicate an improvement in account activity, consistency of content uploads, and increased audience response and interaction. Overall, this community service activity contributes to enhancing the quality of social media management at PT Ngabar Mandiri Sejahtera.
