Abstract

This community service activity aims to support the improvement of administrative orderliness in the delivery of public services at the Office of Trade, Cooperatives, and Micro Enterprises of Ponorogo Regency. The focus of the activity includes the management of correspondence administration, the collection of basic commodity price data, and document archiving. The method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach with a participatory framework, conducted through direct observation, assistance in administrative activities, and documentation. The results indicate that the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence has been carried out systematically, encompassing recording, disposition, distribution to relevant units, and archiving. The collection of basic commodity price data is conducted regularly and well documented, thereby supporting price stability monitoring and local government policy formulation. Document archiving is implemented through classification and systematic arrangement of records to facilitate retrieval. Overall, this activity contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of administrative management and demonstrates potential for further development through the implementation of digital-based administrative systems.
