Optimalisasi Manajemen Administrasi dan Kepegawaian di Sekretariat Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Ponorogo
Abstract
Administrative and personnel management plays a strategic role in supporting the effective performance of regional government organizations, including the Ponorogo Regency Environmental Agency Secretariat. Frequently encountered issues include suboptimal archive management, manual personnel administration, and limited use of information technology. This activity aims to optimize the administrative and personnel management system to improve the effectiveness of internal services and staff performance. The methods used include observation, problem identification, administrative assistance, and evaluation of the implementation of administrative and personnel governance. The results of this activity indicate improved archive tidiness, orderly personnel administration, and increased employee work efficiency. This optimization positively contributes to improving the quality of organizational governance and supports the creation of more effective and professional public services.
