Penguatan Kinerja Operasional Telkom Witel Suramadu melalui Implementasi Shared Service dan General Support Terintegrasi

This community service activity aims to analyze the role of Shared Service and General Support as a strategic supporting unit in improving operational performance at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk Witel Suramadu. The results indicate that Shared Service and General Support plays a significant role in ensuring operational continuity through administrative management, documentation of operational activities, data processing, and inter-unit coordination. Such support contributes to the creation of more structured, efficient, and well-coordinated workflows, enabling operational units to focus on their core tasks without being burdened by supporting processes. Furthermore, the presence of Shared Service and General Support enhances the effective utilization of time and resources, maintains consistency in the implementation of operational activities, and fosters a more systematic and professional working environment. This community service activity confirms that Shared Service and General Support functions not merely as an administrative unit, but also as a strategic element that makes a tangible contribution to operational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall organizational success, while serving as a foundation for evaluating and strengthening managerial performance at the regional level.
