Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Melalui Program Pelatihan Untuk Mendukung Kinerja Bisnis PT PLN Nusantara Power Services Sidoarjo

This community service program aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training program implementation in supporting human resource development (HRD) and its contribution to improving organizational performance at PT PLN Nusantara Power Services. Adaptive and competency-based human resource management has become a strategic necessity for the company. The program was implemented through a field study conducted in the Human Capital Development Division using direct observation, documentation of training activities, and analysis of administrative processes related to employee training and certification management. The results indicate that the training programs have been implemented in a structured manner, encompassing the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. The training programs contribute to enhancing employees’ technical and non-technical competencies, improving operational efficiency, and increasing the quality of organizational services. Furthermore, the implementation of training initiatives fosters the development of an innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented work culture. This community service program demonstrates that human resource development through well-planned and sustainable training programs can support the enhancement of organizational competitiveness and long-term sustainability.
