Abstract

There are many coffee shops in Indonesia, especially in Bekasi City, making Kedai Kopi Cinta have to maintain its existence so that they are not unable to compete with other coffee shops. This research is interesting to analyze using SWOT analysis to take advantage of opportunities and strengths owned by Kedai Kopi Cinta in maintaining its business. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy needed from Kopi Cinta Bekasi. The type of research used for this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely the Kopi Cinta case study. The data collection method was carried out by means of direct research through interviews and observation in the field. The data used are secondary data books, internet and financial reports. Kopi Cinta is a coffee shop in Bekasi City that can be said to be quite successful in the process of managing and planning the coffee shop. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that the Bekasi Cinta Kopi has the opportunity to improve its sales and service strategies. The Cinta Bekasi Coffee Shop has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy).
