Strategi Efisiensi dan Efektivitas Sumber Daya Operasional pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Madiun

This study aims to analyze the implementation of management functions in supporting operational efficiency and effectiveness at the National Unity and Politics Agency (Bakesbangpol) of Madiun City. The focus of the study is directed toward the implementation of management functions, including planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, in office management activities, financial administration management, as well as support for human resource management and organizational coordination. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through direct observation, documentation, and involvement in institutional activities. The results indicate that the implementation of management functions at Bakesbangpol of Madiun City has been relatively well executed and aligned with the principles of public management, particularly in supporting administrative order, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening financial management accountability. The study also identifies several challenges, including budget constraints, specific workload pressures, and the need to enhance human resource capacity. The findings suggest that strengthening operational management plays a crucial role in improving the performance of public sector organizations.
