Peran dan Konstribusi Mahasiswa Magang Dalam Pelaksanaan Administrasi Pendidikan di PPK Mlarak Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ponorogo

Abstract

Educational administration plays an important role in supporting the effective implementation of education at the regional level. This study aims to analyze the role and contribution of supporting resources in the implementation of educational administration at PPK Mlarak of the Ponorogo Regency Education Office. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a field study approach through direct observation of educational administrative processes. The results indicate that the implementation of educational administration at PPK Mlarak involves various activities, including document archiving, personnel data management, teacher attendance recapitulation, and administrative services for schools and the community. These activities contribute to improved work efficiency and smoother delivery of educational administrative services. Well-organized administrative management supported by adequate resources plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of educational governance at the Ponorogo Regency Education Office.
