Abstract

In the digital transformation era, effective data management and financial recording are critical components in supporting organizational performance and decision-making. Many companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), still rely on manual or semi-digital processes that limit efficiency, accuracy, and data integration. This study aims to analyze and propose an optimization model for AIL (Administrative Information Log) data input and financial recording using Microsoft Office applications to support integration with a corporate Document Management System (DMS). The research employs a descriptive-analytical approach by examining existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing a structured data input and documentation framework. The findings indicate that the optimized use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access significantly improves data consistency, traceability, and interoperability with DMS platforms. The proposed model enhances operational efficiency, reduces human error, and provides a scalable solution for organizations transitioning toward fully integrated digital document management.
