Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the use of health and fitness exercises as an effort to minimize traffic accidents in CV. Citiland Internusa company in Namo Mbaru, Namorambe, Toko Serdang Rule. The data collection methods used include field research with direct observation, questionnaires, and choices. To prevent diseases caused by excessive exercise, organizations need to integrate the use of individual defense devices and filter them. Injuries suffered by employees are often caused by work accidents, which can be influenced by human factors, the environment, and equipment. The industry also needs to promote the use of PPE to encourage more people to utilize them in order to prevent accidents and injuries. Commitment to a safe and healthy working environment remains a primary concern for businesses. In this regard, companies need to provide oral and written warnings as well as incentives to employees who lack understanding of the use of individual defense devices. Effective guidance and training from the company are necessary to increase employees' awareness of the importance of health and safety exercises for themselves and the company.
