Studi Literatur: Kurangnya Pelatihan Dalam Penerapan SMK3 di Perusahaan

Abstract

K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) is a thought and effort to guarantee the integrity and perfection of both the physical and spiritual workforce in particular, and humans in general, the work and culture towards a just and prosperous society. Some of the research that has been carried out has found several companies that have carried out and are aware of OSH and run SMK3 in the company, in contrast to this there are also companies that have not implemented and conducted OSH training for workers because they are considered to increase the company's expenses. The method used in writing this journal uses a literature review approach. The process of collecting data by searching for sources of literature based on the specified criteria. The inclusion criteria included: journals published in the last 8 years, both national and international journals, articles in full form. And the research sample used was obtained from Google Scholar. The results of the previous study explained that several companies had carried out and were aware of OSH and implemented SMK3 in the company, contrary to that there were also companies that had not implemented and conducted OSH training for workers because it was considered to increase the company's expenses.
