Strategi Peningkatan Kesadaran dan Implementasi K3 di Industri Konstruksi: Upaya Menjaga Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja

The aim of this study is to identify and analyze various strategies that can be used to increase OSH awareness and implementation in the construction industry. Through a literature study, three keywords emerged in this research: OSH, construction industry, and improvement strategy. K3, refers to efforts made to maintain occupational health and safety in the construction environment. The construction industry, refers to industrial sectors related to physical development such as buildings and infrastructure. Improvement strategy, refers to steps taken to improve and strengthen OSH awareness and implementation in the construction industry. In this study, various related literatures have been analyzed to identify improvement strategies that can be applied in the context of the construction industry. Some of the strategies found include: effective OSH training and education, implementation of strict OSH regulations and policies, use of technology and innovation to improve work safety, establishment of a strong safety culture in the workplace, and collaboration between related parties such as companies, workers, and government. It is hoped that the strategy of raising awareness and implementing OSH in the construction industry can make a significant contribution in maintaining the health and safety.
