Analisis Program Manajemen Stres Kerja Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja di Perusahaan, Sekolah, Universitas dan Rumah Sakit

Work stress management is a program to use human resources to control or manage stress. Where it aims to recognize the causes of stress and know how to manage stress through individual and organizational approaches. The purpose of this study is to determine how the effect of work stress management programs carried out by companies, schools, universities and hospitals in improving the performance of their workers. This research was carried out by applying the literature review study method. In this regard, this research approach is a mix method. namely a mixture of quantitative and qualitative approaches. The literature search was carried out using a database in the form of secondary data from scientific journal articles on Google Scholar which can be accessed via the internet, or official journal websites using the keyword "Work stress management employee performance". The results showed that in improving worker performance through work stress management programs through two approaches, namely an individual approach and an organizational approach. Individual approaches such as exercise, refreshing, providing downtime and expanding the support network. Then organizational approaches such as providing sports facilities or clinical programs.
