Abstract

The implementation of an effective K3 program has a positive impact on employee performance in various aspects. Employees who feel safe and protected tend to be more focused and productive. In addition, a good K3 program helps reduce absenteeism and work accidents. The appropriate research method to explore the relationship between the implementation of the OHS program and employee performance is a literature review. Through a thorough analysis of previous research, scientific articles, and other reliable sources of information, a comprehensive insight into the relationship can be obtained. The steps of this research include identifying research objectives, selecting information sources, collecting data, analyzing and evaluating data, organizing and synthesizing data, and writing a literature review. In conclusion, the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system program has a significant effect on employee performance. An effective OSH program not only protects employees from occupational risks, but also increases employee productivity, satisfaction and self-confidence. The company's investment in OSH will provide long-term benefits in the form of increased employee performance and overall organizational performance.
