Menajemen Strategi Mutu Pelayanan Kesehatan pada Puskesmas

Public Health Center (Puskesmas) is an organization responsible for providing comprehensive, integrated, equitable, affordable, and acceptable healthcare services to the community. This is achieved through active community participation and the application of relevant knowledge and technology, with costs shared by the government and the community. Strategy refers to a series of activities undertaken by a company, organization, or individual to achieve desired goals and objectives, thereby creating a competitive advantage over competitors. Service quality is defined as the level of satisfaction of guests or consumers, which can be obtained by comparing the actual type of service received by consumers with the type of service expected by them. Good service quality is characterized by satisfying services that meet consumer expectations. The purpose of this research is to analyze the management of healthcare service quality strategies in public health centers. The research approach used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Healthcare institutions face significant challenges in providing optimal healthcare services to the community and maintaining the quality of healthcare services to ensure patient satisfaction.
