Abstract

Managerial Decision-Making is a crucial process that significantly influences organizational performance. In dynamic and complex situations, managers are faced with various decisions that require thorough and detailed analysis. This process typically begins with identifying the problem and goes through several stages, such as gathering information, analyzing alternatives, and selecting the best solution. At each step, various factors, such as historical data, intuition, and both external and internal environments, play an important role. Analytical tools like SWOT analysis and decision matrices can be used to enhance the effectiveness of decisions. Understanding this process allows companies to take better strategic steps, reduce risks, and increase the likelihood of success. This study aims to identify managerial decision-making approaches and their impact on organizational performance. The research method used in this study is a literature review. Managerial decision-making is a critical process in ensuring the continuity and success of an organization. Managers need to employ a systematic approach and consider various internal and external factors that can influence the decisions they make. Proper decision-making will support the achievement of company goals and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
