Abstract

Bakso Idola Marakash is a restaurant that sells various types of meatballs in Bekasi, specifically located at Jalan Pondok Ungu Permai, Taman Duta Block D32 Number 3A, North Bekasi, Bahagia, Babelan District, Bekasi Regency, West Java. Operating since 2007, it has faced losses due to inadequate marketing strategies and a location that is difficult for customers to access. To address these issues, a digital marketing strategy was designed, involving the creation of social media accounts and listing the business location on Google Maps. The results of this community service project show that Bakso Idola Marakash has developed social media accounts as part of its digital marketing strategy. These social media platforms are utilized to enhance visibility and reach potential customers online. Additionally, Bakso Idola Marakash's location has been added to Google Maps, making it easier for consumers to find the restaurant's address and details directly through the online map application.
