Abstract

The financial administration process plays a strategic role in supporting managerial decision-making and the preparation of reliable financial statements. As a company operating in the field of power plant operation and maintenance services, PT PLN Nusantara Power Services faces various challenges in managing financial administration, particularly in recording incoming and outgoing financial reports. These challenges are mainly encountered within the Corporate Finance Division, where some recording processes are still conducted manually, potentially leading to data entry errors and delays in financial information. This study aims to examine the financial administration process through the mechanism of recording incoming and outgoing financial reports and to analyze its role in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of the company’s financial management. A qualitative descriptive approach is employed by reviewing financial administrative workflows and the applied recording systems. The findings indicate that well-organized financial administration, supported by systematic recording procedures, significantly contributes to improving the quality of financial information, strengthening the effectiveness of internal control, and enhancing the transparency of corporate financial management.
