Peer Review Process

Peer Review Process

Each manuscript submitted to AZZAHRA: Scientific Journal of Social and Humanities undergoes an initial screening by the Editorial Board to assess its suitability with the journal’s focus and scope. Following this, a plagiarism check is conducted using a plagiarism detection tool.

The peer review process of this journal follows these policies:

  1. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by appointed reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.

  2. The journal implements a double-blind review system, where both reviewer and author identities remain anonymous to each other throughout the process.

  3. During the review, reviewers evaluate the alignment between the title, abstract, discussion (findings), and conclusions of the manuscript. They also assess the originality, scientific impact, and quality of references used.
