Perancangan dan Implementasi Culture Guidebook Dalam Pembangunan Karakter Siswa Sekolah Dasar Kota Pangkalpinang

The purpose of this research is to describe the design and implementation of the Culture Guidebook in character building for elementary school students in the city of Pangkalpinang. The type of research method that will be used is the research and development model or often also called Research and Development (R&D) using a development procedure with stages: (1) needs analysis, (2) initial product development, (3) expert validation and revision, ( 4) small scale field trials, (5) large scale field trials. The results of the research were the results of designing a Culture Guidebook called Selai-Babel, implementing the Selai-Babel application, and data analysis. The Selai-Babel application planning is published online as a guidebook that can provide information about the local cultural wisdom of the Bangka Belitung Islands province. This research concludes that the application and implementation of the Culture Guidebook can build the character of elementary school students in the city of Pangkalpinang.

The Selai-Babel Culture Guidebook is planned and published online as a handbook aimed at providing information on local cultural wisdom in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. With the Selai-Babel application, it is hoped that information about local culture can be easily accessed by the public, including elementary school students in Pangkalpinang City. The conclusion drawn from this research is that the application and implementation of Culture Guidebooks like Selai-Babel have the potential to build the character of elementary school students in Pangkalpinang City through understanding and appreciation of the richness of local culture.
