Abstract

Fees for Acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB) are a source of regional income that plays an important role in financing the regional budget. However, the long and meticulous payment process is still a challenge for officers, plus the behavior of the community is sometimes still dishonest. This has slowed down the payment procedure, so various ways have been tried to speed it up, one of which is by holding an integrated application-based information system to issue and print Regional Revenue Transaction Numbers (NTPD). The system implemented by the Palu City Bapenda aims to make the BPHTB payment procedure easier. Therefore, observations were made at BPD Palu City for 6 months and observed the process of BPHTB payments there. This observation is also strengthened by literature studies using various valid sources and has been cited in the bibliography. The result of this study is that an integrated application is proven to help in shortening the BPHTB payment procedure
