Abstract

The Complete Systematic Land Registration Program PTSL is a government policy aimed at providing legal certainty of land ownership while simultaneously promoting economic improvement and community welfare. The implementation of the PTSL Program in Ponorogo Regency is expected to serve as a strategic instrument in supporting local economic development and improving the quality of life of the community. This study aims to analyze the positive impacts of the PTSL Program on economic improvement and community welfare in Ponorogo Regency. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation interviews and documentation studies related to the implementation of the PTSL Program. The results indicate that the PTSL Program has positive impacts in the form of increased legal certainty of land ownership higher land asset values improved access to capital through financial institutions and a reduced potential for land disputes. Land certificate ownership encourages communities to utilize their assets more productively for sustainable economic activities.
