Peran Komunikasi dan Koordinasi dalam Mendukung Pengelolaan Keuangan Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Ponorogo

Abstract

Effective communication and coordination are essential prerequisites for achieving transparent and accountable regional financial management. This study aims to analyze the role of communication and coordination in supporting financial management at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives DPRD of Ponorogo Regency as well as to identify the constraints encountered in its implementation. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including internship activities observation interviews and a review of financial administrative documents. The results indicate that effective communication and coordination both internally among divisions and externally with the leadership and members of the DPRD play a significant role in supporting the smooth execution of financial planning implementation administration and accountability processes. However this study also identified several challenges including differences in the understanding of regulations limited human resources and a high administrative workload
