Implementasi Pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Internalisasi Nilai Bela Negara Untuk Menghadapi Tantangan Integritas Bangsa

Abstract

For a country, globalization can threaten the stability of culture and national identity, which may lead to increased social inequality and weakened control over the domestic economy. This study uses a qualitative research method, conducted by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, including different classes, where the researcher seeks input from students during meetings with peers. The research method and understanding of concepts, thoughts, and experiences are utilized to obtain data through a survey on the Internalization of National Defense Values in Human Resource Development to Face the Integrity Challenges of the Nation in the Era of Globalization. The globalization era presents significant challenges to national integrity, such as the penetration of foreign cultures, individualism, fake news, and threats from ideologies contrary to the values of Pancasila. Efforts to instill these values in order to face national integrity challenges in the globalization era are connected to the state of the nation in Indonesia, where various policy measures and formal education processes can be applied to the younger generation of Indonesia. The instillation of national defense values can be carried out by applying the fundamental national defense principles, which include the initial capabilities of the state.
