Abstract

Previous studies have made many observations about how Quality Management and International Operational Standards or commonly referred to as ISO. However, research on the relationship between variables X1, X2 and Y at PT. Mitramas Makmur Perkasa has never been analyzed in previous research studies. So the purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between each variable with the object being PT. Mitramas Makmur Perkasa located in Bekasi Regency. This research design was chosen to find out what changes occur when implementing Quality Management and also ISO 9001: 2015 especially on the effectiveness of performance at PT. Mitramas Makmur Perkasa. Data was collected through interviews, observations, document analysis and company visits. So the type of research applied is a qualitative method. From the results of the analysis obtained that the implementation of Quality Management and ISO 9001: 2015 in leadership involvement at PT. Mitramas Makmur Perkasa has an important role in achieving optimal performance and supporting business sustainability.
