Persepsi Iklim Kenyamanan dan Keamanan Belajar pada Mahasiswa

This research examines students' perceptions of the climate of comfort and safety in learning. The learning climate is the atmosphere that occurs during the learning process. When there is interaction between teachers and students, the learning climate can also be described as the quality of the environment or classroom used as the venue for the teaching and learning process. The aim of this research is to understand how students perceive the climate of comfort and learning. The benefits of this research are to provide insights and information about the comfort and safety climate in learning for students. The research method used is qualitative research. The theory applied is the one developed by Mcber. The data collection technique employed is semi-formal interviews or in-depth question-and-answer conversations between the researcher and the informants. The results of the study show that students' perceptions of the characteristics of teachers, classroom climate, and learning environment play a crucial role in the effectiveness of learning.
