Survei Kepuasan Peserta Program Tutorial Terhadap Program Tutorial PAI UPI

This study aims to determine the obstacles and effectiveness of the PAI Tutorial Program in reflecting the motto "religious" and the achievement objectives of PAI courses in student life. There are three aspects that become the center of research in this tutorial activity, namely in terms of activity materials, technological facilities and the PAI Tutorial Program series in 2022/2023. The method used was a qualitative method with data collection through surveys and interviews. This study involved 50 samples from the total population of tutorial participants consisting of 5 faculties. The results of this study can be concluded that the satisfaction of PAI Tutorial students with the PAI Tutorial Program is "good enough" in terms of material and PAI Tutorial series, but still "not good" in terms of technological facilities that support the PAI Tutorial Program. So that PAI tutorial activities need to be improved, especially in the aspect of technological facilities so that the substance of the tutorial can be delivered to participants properly. Considering the benefits and positive impacts as well as the potential problems associated, it is important to manage smartphone use wisely and in a balanced way in the learning context. Teachers, students and parents need to work together to ensure that smartphones are used as effective learning tools and do not interfere with the teaching and learning process.
