Pengembangan Kecerdasan Emosi dan Spiritual Siswa Melalui Bimbingan Konseling Islam

This study aims to examine the development of emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) in students through Islamic counseling guidance, highlighting the importance of emotion regulation during adolescence, which is a critical transition phase. In this phase, emotional instability often triggers negative behaviors, necessitating the strengthening of emotional intelligence as a preventive measure. The Islamic counseling guidance program plays a crucial role in helping students manage their emotions and understand and internalize spiritual values. This, in turn, can guide them toward achieving a more balanced personal development. The research uses a qualitative approach with literature review as the main method and shows that integrating Islamic principles in emotional and spiritual education can shape better individuals and have a positive impact on their environment. This study emphasizes that through Islamic counseling guidance, students are not only taught how to manage their emotions but are also trained to delve deeper into the spiritual dimension, which ultimately enhances their overall self-quality.
