<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of compensation, workload, productivity, and work culture on employee performance at PT AEON Indonesia, Pakuwon Mall Bekasi Branch. The study employed a quantitative research approach using a causal associative research design. The population consisted of 100 employees. A non-probability sampling technique with a census approach was applied, in which all members of the population were included as research participants. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS software. The findings indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Productivity also demonstrates a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while work culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the simultaneous analysis reveals that these four independent variables collectively have a significant effect on employee performance. The study concludes that compensation, workload, productivity, and work culture are key determinants of employee performance, each contributing substantially to its improvement. Future research is recommended to incorporate or explore additional independent variables beyond those included in the present research model.</em></p>Naomi NataliaMuhammad Richo RiantoAri Sulistyowati

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion and price on consumers’ purchase intention at Water Fidels. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 26, including validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial and simultaneous tests, correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that promotion and price positively influence consumers’ purchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. Attractive promotional activities encourage consumers’ attention and interest in the products, while pricing that corresponds to product quality and consumers’ purchasing power strengthens their intention to purchase. The combination of these factors serves as a key consideration in shaping consumer purchase intention. Effective promotional strategies supported by competitive pricing policies can strengthen product appeal and encourage greater consumer purchase intention at Water Fidels. </em></p>Lusitania Br KembarenHaditaWidi Winarso

<p><em>This tudy aims to examine the role of recruitment and selection in obtaining employees who have good competencies. The study used a qualitative approach with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, examining various scientific articles published in nationally indexed SINTA and Garuda journals between 2020 and 2025. Data collection was done through the stages of identifying, selecting, evaluating and synthesizing relevant literature while data analysis was carried out using content analysis. Research shows that effective recruitment increases the chances of an organization finding candidates that match the company’s needs while objective and competency-based selection helps choose individuals who have the knowledge, skills, abilities and work attitudes that are required. The study finding also shows that employee competence is an important factor that helps improve performance and achieve organizational goals.
