Pregnant women with anemia often experience fatigue, dizziness, and weakness, which may affect maternal and fetal health if not managed appropriately. Therefore, comprehensive nursing care is needed to address these problems. This case study was conducted on Mrs. H, a third-trimester pregnant woman with mild anemia in the working area of Kutabaro Community Health Center, Aceh Besar Regency. Data were collected through interviews, physical examinations, and supporting data review. Assessment findings showed a hemoglobin level of 10.2 g/dL, accompanied by complaints of dizziness, weakness, and easy fatigue. Based on the assessment, three nursing diagnoses were identified: ineffective peripheral perfusion, fatigue, and risk of infection. Nursing interventions included education about anemia, recommendations for iron supplementation and iron-rich foods, and education regarding clean and healthy lifestyle behaviors and the importance of Tetanus Toxoid immunization. Evaluation results showed reduced symptoms, improved activity tolerance, and increased maternal knowledge.
2026-05-21T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Sagita Fitria, Mira Rizkiahttps://journal.csspublishing.com/index.php/arrazi/article/view/1275Asuhan Keperawatan pada Tn.A dengan Traumatic Intracerebral Hemorrhage (t-ICH) di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit dr. Zainoel Abidin Regional General Hospital in Banda Aceh. The method used is a descriptive case study with a nursing process approach. The nursing problems identified in this case include decreased intracranial adaptive capacity, acute pain, and risk of shock. Interventions implemented include managing increased intracranial pressure, pain management, and shock prevention through monitoring neurological status, vital signs, oxygen administration, and collaboration on medical therapy. The evaluation results during monitoring in the resuscitation room showed that the patient's condition was relatively stable with a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 10 (E2M5V3), blood pressure of 137/88 mmHg, pulse rate of 81 beats per minute, respiratory rate of 22 breaths per minute, and oxygen saturation of 99% with oxygen therapy using a simple mask at 8 L/min. The patient still has active bleeding in the cranial area and is planned for craniotomy. It is recommended that healthcare providers in the emergency department continue to improve the quality of nursing care for patients with traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage through close neurological and hemodynamic monitoring, as well as appropriate interventions to prevent further complications.
2026-05-21T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Aura Ichlasil Wafa’, Irfanita Nurhidayahhttps://journal.csspublishing.com/index.php/arrazi/article/view/1262Asuhan Keperawatan pada Pasien dengan Stroke Iskemik: Studi Kasus2026-04-06T21:01:36+07:00Zahratul Syifazahratul.syifaa08@gmail.comRiski Amaliariskiamalia@usk.ac.id
This case study aimed to provide nursing care for Mr. J, who had an ischemic stroke, in the Mina 1 Ward of dr. Zainoel Abidin Regional General Hospital in Banda Aceh. Nursing care was implemented for six days, from August 6–11, 2025. The assessment results identified seven nursing problems: decreased intracranial adaptive capacity, risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion, impaired physical mobility, unstable blood glucose levels, impaired swallowing, impaired verbal communication, and risk of falls. The interventions provided included maintaining the head of the bed at a 30° elevation, monitoring blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, Range of Motion (ROM) exercises accompanied by the use of a rubber ball, periodic monitoring of blood glucose levels, swallowing therapy, AIUEO speech therapy, and education on fall risk prevention. The evaluation results after six days of nursing care showed that two nursing problems were resolved (impaired swallowing and risk of falls), four nursing problems were partially resolved (decreased intracranial adaptive capacity, risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion, impaired physical mobility, unstable blood glucose levels), and one nursing problem remained unresolved (impaired verbal communication). Patients and their families are expected to continue performing the recommended exercises to improve muscle strength and range of motion, as well as to control risk factors for recurrent stroke.
2026-04-08T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Zahratul Syifa, Riski Amaliahttps://journal.csspublishing.com/index.php/arrazi/article/view/1276Asuhan Keperawatan pada Persalinan Prematur Terinduksi dengan Janin Suspek Trisomi 13 di RSUD dr. Complications may increase when labor is induced, particularly in pregnancies with suspected genetic abnormalities such as trisomy 13, which has a poor prognosis and may cause maternal psychological distress. This case study aimed to describe the implementation of nursing care for a mother with induced preterm labor and a fetus suspected of trisomy 13 in the Delivery Room of Dr. Zainoel Abidin Regional Hospital. The method used was a case study applying the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Intranatal nursing diagnoses included labor pain, anxiety, risk of fetal injury, and impaired mother–infant attachment risk. Postnatal diagnoses included ineffective breastfeeding and readiness for enhanced family processes. Interventions consisted of non-pharmacological pain management, emotional support, expressed breast milk education, lactation massage, oxytocin massage, and warm compresses. Results showed reduced anxiety and pain, initiation of colostrum secretion, and improved family acceptance of the infant’s condition. Comprehensive nursing care was concluded to support maternal physical and psychological needs and enhance family readiness in managing a premature infant with suspected trisomy 13.
2026-05-21T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Riskiyana Ulfa, Dewi Hermawatihttps://journal.csspublishing.com/index.php/arrazi/article/view/1265Gambaran Risiko Eating Disorder (Gangguan Makan) pada Remaja Putri Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Banda Aceh2026-04-11T09:47:19+07:00Nazla Stabitanazla_st@mhs.usk.ac.idInda Mariana Harahapindamariana@usk.ac.idImeldaimelda@usk.ac.id
Eating disorders are mental health problems associated with unhealthy eating behaviors that may adversely affect adolescents’ development, including physical, psychosocial, emotional, academic and career domains, as well as identity formation. This study aimed to describe the risk of eating disorders among female students at SMAN 2 Banda Aceh. The research employed a quantitative descriptive design using proportional random sampling, involving 171 respondents. The Eating Attitudes Test (EAT-26) questionnaire was utilized to assess the risk of eating disorder tendencies. The findings revealed that the majority of respondents (66.67%) were not at risk of developing eating disorders, while 33.33% were classified as at risk. Based on the three subscales of the Eating Attitudes Test-26, respondents with overweight and obese nutritional status tended to exhibit higher levels of unhealthy eating behaviors, particularly in the dieting and bulimia and food preoccupation domains. Meanwhile, most female adolescents demonstrated relatively good oral control, although a small proportion showed tendencies toward dietary restriction. In conclusion, the majority of female students at SMAN 2 Banda Aceh were not at risk for eating disorders. Nevertheless, education on healthy eating habits and the promotion of a positive body image are still necessary to prevent unhealthy eating behaviors.
2026-04-13T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Nazla Stabita, Inda Mariana Harahap, Imeldahttps://journal.csspublishing.com/index.php/arrazi/article/view/1261Asuhan Keperawatan pada Pasien dengan Low Back Pain di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Regional General Hospital in Banda Aceh. Data collection in this case study was conducted through observation, head-to-toe physical examination, and interviews with the patient and family members. Nursing care was implemented from August 7–13, 2025. The patient experienced intermittent lower back pain lasting approximately 15 minutes with a pain scale of 5 (Numeric Rating Scale/NRS), a history of falling from a motorcycle one year earlier, decreased muscle strength with a grade of 3, reduced range of motion, capillary refill time (CRT) >2 seconds, hemoglobin level of 7.6 g/dL, dependence in activities of daily living (ADL), and a geriatric fall risk score of 3. Interventions were implemented for five days and included William’s Flexion Exercise (WFE), Range of Motion (ROM) exercises, 15° leg elevation exercises, collaboration in administering Packed Red Cell (PRC) transfusion, assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), self-care support, education on fall risk prevention, and collaboration in medication administration. The evaluation results showed that one problem was resolved (the risk of falls). In contrast, four problems were partially resolved, as indicated by a pain scale reduction to 3 (NRS), an increased hemoglobin level to 10.8 g/dL, improved muscle strength to grade 4, and ADL performed with family assistance. Recommendations include routinely performing William’s Flexion Exercises to reduce pain and ROM exercises to improve range of motion and muscle strength.
2026-04-03T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Nurfadhillah, Riski Amalia
