Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the role of the ACTION Mobile application in enhancing the competitiveness of PT Bank Aceh Syariah, Kutacane Branch, in the digital era. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with managers, staff, and customers, along with document analysis. The findings reveal that the ACTION Mobile application plays a significant role in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty, improving operational efficiency, and supporting financial inclusion. However, challenges remain in educating customers about the application's features. Overall, the application positively contributes to the competitive advantage of PT Bank Aceh Syariah in the Islamic banking sector.
