Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual behavior and organizational culture on employee performance in the Public Communication Information sector (IKP) at the Karawang Regency Communication and Information Office (Diskominfo). The research method used is a survey with respondents from the employee ranks. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring three main variables: motivation, work culture, and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that motivation has a significant impact on employee performance, with the majority of respondents stating that motivation influences their performance. Furthermore, work culture also plays an important role, with most respondents agreeing that a good work culture influences their performance. Employee performance is rated very well, with the majority of respondents expressing satisfaction with their performance. From this analysis, it can be concluded that individual behavior and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the IKP sector of Diskominfo Karawang Regency. The proposed suggestion is to enhance employee training and development programs and strengthen a supportive organizational culture to further improve employee performance. Thus, the organization can ensure that their employees remain motivated and work in a supportive environment, ultimately enhancing the overall performance of the organization.
