Implementasi Aplikasi Bukuwarung: Pembukuan Keuangan Digital pada UMKM Toko Sembako Bapak Udin

Abstract

This research investigates the implementation of the BukuWarung application in the micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) grocery store owned by Mr. Udin in Balongsari Village. The background of this study is the prevalent use of manual bookkeeping among MSMEs, which is prone to errors and inefficiencies. BukuWarung serves as a digital solution offering features for transaction recording, inventory management, and automated financial reporting. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through interviews and observations. The findings indicate that implementing BukuWarung in Mr. Udin's grocery store effectively enhances the efficiency of financial and operational management. Mr. Udin can record transactions more accurately and manage inventory more efficiently. Following the implementation of this application, the transaction recording process has become more systematic and accurate as BukuWarung automatically logs each transaction. The inventory management feature allows Mr. Udin to monitor stock levels in real-time, identify items needing replenishment more quickly, and avoid stock shortages that could affect customer service. Furthermore, using BukuWarung facilitates easier preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, which previously required considerable time and manual effort.
