Pemanfaatan Digital Payment pada UMKM Kakek Café Nongkrong

Abstract
Digitization has brought changes across various aspects of life, including administration, finance, and retail, facilitated by the widespread use of mobile devices and internet connectivity. This condition has prompted Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to transition to digital payment systems, realized through the adoption of digital wallet applications and QRIS as the standard for payments. This study employed a descriptive-qualitative approach, conducting direct interviews and observations at Kakek Café Nongkrong in Karawang, West Java. The research findings indicate that the use of digital payment has provided numerous benefits to both businesses and consumers. For businesses, digital payments enhance transaction efficiency, financial security, sales growth, and better financial management. Meanwhile, for consumers, digital payments offer convenience, transaction security, flexibility in payment methods, and easy tracking of transaction histories. In conclusion, the implementation of digital payment at Kakek Café Nongkrong has positively impacted efficiency, convenience, and business competitiveness. To maximize its benefits, there is a need for focused attention on transaction security, availability of wireless payment systems, and broader education for customers regarding digital payment usage.
