Analisis Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sumber Adiluhung Kahuripan: Peran Tingkat Kesejahteraan dan Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between the level of welfare and employee performance on job satisfaction at PT. Source Adiluhung Kahuripan. The research was conducted using a survey approach to company employees. The main objective is to explore the extent to which employees' level of well-being, such as improvement, work environment, and organizational support, influences their performance as well as how this impacts their job satisfaction. The data analysis methods used include regression techniques and descriptive statistical analysis to identify patterns and relationships between the variables studied. The research results show that employee well-being significantly contributes to individual and team performance, which in turn influences job satisfaction. The implication of these findings is the need for companies to pay more attention to employee welfare factors as a strategy to improve overall job performance and satisfaction. This research provides an in-depth look at the internal dynamics of organizations and provides a foundation for companies to improve supportive working conditions for their employees.
