Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance at the Public Prosecutor's Office in Karawang. The method employed is qualitative, using questionnaires as the primary tool to gather data from all employees and general staff at the office. The research sample involves 41 respondents from various units within the Public Prosecutor's Office in Karawang. The findings indicate that Work Motivation and Work Discipline play a significant role in fostering work enthusiasm that enhances employee performance. Data analysis confirms that Work Motivation partially and significantly influences employee performance at the Public Prosecutor's Office in Karawang. These findings suggest that high levels of motivation and good discipline encourage employees to work more effectively and efficiently in fulfilling their duties. This research contributes to understanding the factors affecting employee performance in public institutions such as the Public Prosecutor's Office in Karawang. The implications of this study can serve as a basis for developing more effective human resource management strategies, particularly in enhancing motivation and work discipline.
