Abstract

This study aims to uncover how human resource management in companies can positively impact employee job satisfaction and contribute to their productivity. The research method employed is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach, relying on data collection through questionnaires completed by respondents. Specifically, this study examines the impact of human resource management on job satisfaction and employee productivity at PT Sany Indonesia Machinery, Karawang. The research findings recommend that companies should enhance human resource development activities to broaden employees' knowledge and skills. It is expected that this will increase employee job satisfaction levels and positively contribute to their overall performance. Human resource development encompasses various training and development programs that assist employees in honing their skills according to job demands and industry advancements. With these efforts in place, employees will feel more skilled and confident in carrying out their tasks, ultimately enhancing productivity and work quality within the company.
