Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kompetensi Dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Kerja Industri UMKM Bananagold Karawang

Abstract
This research aims to test the motivation of Bananagold UMKM, the competence of Bananagold MSMEs and work performance at Bananagold UMKM Karawang. Next, this research analyzes how competence and motivation influence Bananagold Karawang UMKM. The benefits of this research are expected to increase knowledge and insight for the UMKM HR management study program in Karawang. This article uses a sample of 10 respondents, almost all employees of UMKM Bananagold Karawang. Descriptive method was used in this research. The research results show that competence and motivation influence work performance. Therefore, research findings show that motivation has a significant influence on how well Bananagold UMKM employees work. High motivation can increase productivity and work quality. Employee competency has also been proven to have a significant impact on work performance. Highly skilled employees are better able to work better and earn more. Therefore, employee motivation and competence are important elements that influence work performance at UMKM Bananagold Karawang.
