Abstract

This research was conducted in Kota Tua Jakarta, specifically in the area known as Batavia Lama, which hosts several museums including the Fatahillah Museum. The study involved direct observation and interviews with museum managers and visitors to evaluate the quality of services and facilities provided. The evaluation focused on public facilities, museum layout, completeness of collections, and availability of tour guides with the aim of assessing how well the services met visitors' expectations and whether the museums were successful in attracting tourists. The research was carried out at two museums in Kota Tua Jakarta: Taman Fatahillah No.1, Pinangsia, and Taman Sari, West Jakarta. The findings of the study are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of the relationship between museum service quality, visitor satisfaction, and their impact on tourist visitation interest in the area. This research not only has the potential to enhance visitor experiences but also to contribute to the development of tourism in Jakarta.
