Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of breakfast on the learning concentration of grade 3 students at SD 4 Puyoh using a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Breakfast has an important role in providing the energy needed for students' learning activities. However, not all students have good breakfast habits, which can affect their learning concentration. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 15 grade 3 students, including information on the type of food, amount of food, frequency of consumption, and meal schedule. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the data, showing significant variations in students' breakfast habits. Normality tests with Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk showed that the data were not normally distributed, indicating a lack of uniformity in breakfast habits that may impact students' learning concentration. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the importance of a healthy and nutritious breakfast to support students' concentration and academic achievement, and can be the basis for developing intervention programs to improve students' breakfast habits.This research aims to analyze the influence of breakfast on the concentration of learning among third-grade students at SD 4 Puyoh, Dawe District, Kudus Regency, using a quantitative approach with a descriptive method.
